  1. What are Trac’s hardware and software requirements?

  2. When saving the Trac file with my data entries, why does the following message appear?

    • “Cannot save the file ‘TracApple04.xls’. The file exists and is marked Read-Only. Save the file with another file name or to another location.” when using TracApple04. OR

    • “Cannot save the file ‘TracGrape04.xls’. The file exists and is marked Read-Only. Save the file with another file name or to another location.” when using TracGrape04.

  3. Can TracApple be used for other tree fruit?

  4. What are TracApple 2004’s new features?

  5. In TracApple, is it possible to transfer 2003 information on the FarmData worksheet to the 2004 Trac file?

  6. In TracApple, can the Variety Sprayed drop-down list on the SprayData worksheet reference my Varieties list on the FarmData worksheet?

  7. Does information on the FarmData worksheet need to be entered before making entries on the BloomHarvestData, FertData, and SprayData worksheets?

  8. How should farm and crop information be set up on the FarmData worksheet?

  16. Is there an easy way to enter a spray, on the SprayData worksheet, that’s been applied to an entire farm, orchard, vineyard or several blocks; or does it have to be entered block-by-block?

  17. Can the data in the light blue shaded cells that automatically fill in when data is entered in adjacent cells, such as the REI (re-entry interval) or PHI (pre-harvest interval), be changed by the user?

  18. On either the BloomHarvestData worksheet, FertData worksheet, or SprayData worksheet, why are a few of the light blue shaded cells, which automatically fill in when data is entered in adjacent cells, not filling in?

  19. How is time entered in the Time Start Spray and Time Finish Spray columns on the SprayData worksheet?

  20. When entering time under Time Start Spray and Time Finish Spray on the SprayData worksheet, can either a 12-hour or a 24-hour time format be used, Trac is changing my entries?

  22. Why can’t the Safe Re-entry Date and Safe Re-entry Time be typed in on the EPA Worker Protection Standard Central Posting Form worksheet?

  23. Can just the current day’s sprays be printed from the EPA Worker Protection Standard Central Posting form worksheet?

  24. Can the report forms be changed or edited? This includes the following forms: EPA Worker Protection Standard Central Posting Form, Generic, Mott’s and Yonder, Birds Eye, Beechnut, Knouse, EUREPGAP, Canandaigua Wine, Carriage House, Cliffstar & Westfield Maid, Growers Coop, Meier’s, Mogen David.

  25. Can the report forms be printed showing just the grower’s data to avoid printing any blank formatted sheets? This includes the following forms: Generic, Mott’s and Yonder, Birds Eye, Beechnut, Knouse, EUREPGAP, Canandaigua Wine, Carriage House, Cliffstar & Westfield Maid, Growers Coop, Meier’s, Mogen David.

  26. Can data be re-organized or rearranged on Trac worksheets? Ex. Organized by block, variety, pesticide trade name, spray date, etc.

  27. When opening TracApple2005 why does the following message appear?

    “Excel encountered an error and had to remove some formatting to avoid corrupting the workbook. Please recheck your formatting carefully.”
