On the FarmData worksheet, does every column (Farm, Orchard or Vineyard, Blocks & Acres, Varieties, Sprayer-Spreaders) need to be filled in?

While it is not necessary to fill in every column on the FarmData worksheet, it is recommended even if it is only one name. If a column does not apply to your business structure, leave it blank. Setting up user-defined lists on the FarmData worksheet allows the user to access drop-down lists when entering data on the SprayData, FertData and BloomHarvestData worksheets. These drop-down lists are very useful because they streamline data entry, insure consistent use of names in your records, reduce typographical errors, and enhance accurate sorting and filtering of your spray records.
